Where
Used: For drying sticky, corrosive powders or liquids
Advantages: Aluminum helps in better heat transfer
hence, faster cycle time that results in more productivity and
less costs. Hard anodized surface is very hard and hence,
scratch resistance (Surface Hardness is more than SS), It is
non-reactive as aluminum is converted to aluminum oxide hence
food safe and corrosion resistance. Teflon coating makes the
surface non stick and protects the surface from corrosion
hence no contamination of products from the metal, ease of
cleaning, no scraping of the material, less laborious work
System Used: Teflon, Tefzel, and PFA 40 to 300 microns.
